Training is not initially bad, but it can be challenging and uncomfortable at first. When we start a new training program, our bodies and minds are not used to the new demands being placed on them, which can lead to soreness, fatigue, and frustration. However, this initial discomfort is a natural part of the adaptation process, and with time and consistency, training can lead to significant improvements in strength, endurance, and overall health. It's important to approach training with patience and a long-term perspective, understanding that the initial challenges are a necessary part of the journey towards improvement. **

Initially, it was unclear what specific topic or subject the question was referring to. Without more context or details, it was difficult to determine the specific focus of the question. Additionally, it was unclear what type of information or response was being sought, whether it was a general overview or a specific aspect of a topic. Without further clarification, it was challenging to provide a precise and targeted response. **

Lateral entrants can sometimes be initially unpopular due to various reasons such as perceived lack of experience or knowledge of the organization, potential threat to existing employees, or resistance to change. However, this perception can change over time as the lateral entrants prove their value, bring in fresh perspectives, and contribute positively to the organization. Building relationships, demonstrating expertise, and effectively communicating their goals and intentions can help lateral entrants overcome any initial resistance and gain acceptance within the organization. **

No, the universe was not initially still smoke. According to the Big Bang theory, the universe began as a hot, dense, and rapidly expanding state, not as smoke. As the universe expanded and cooled, the first atoms formed and eventually led to the formation of stars, galaxies, and other cosmic structures. The concept of the universe as "still smoke" may be a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the early stages of the universe's evolution. **

Stretch marks initially appear whitish or silvery because they are a type of scar tissue that forms when the skin is stretched beyond its normal limits, causing the collagen and elastin fibers to break. The whitish color is due to the thinning of the epidermis (the outer layer of the skin) and the visibility of the underlying blood vessels. Over time, the stretch marks may become less noticeable and take on a more skin-toned color as they mature and the blood vessels become less visible. **
