It is not necessarily a sickness if you have difficulty showing emotions. Some people have a harder time expressing their emotions due to past experiences, personality traits, or cultural influences. However, if you feel that your inability to show emotions is causing distress or impacting your relationships, it may be helpful to seek support from a mental health professional to explore the underlying reasons and develop strategies for expressing emotions in a healthy way. It's important to remember that everyone experiences and expresses emotions differently, and there is no one "right" way to do so. **

Motion sickness tablets may help with motion sickness when playing video games for some individuals. These tablets are designed to alleviate symptoms of motion sickness by targeting the inner ear and the brain's vomiting center. However, the effectiveness of these tablets can vary from person to person, and it's important to consult a healthcare professional before using them, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking other medications. Additionally, it's also important to take regular breaks and adjust the gaming environment to minimize motion sickness symptoms. **
